Tune the deck before you queue.

Paste a deck to see where it is legal, how its mana holds up, how strong it looks and what to craft next, or look up how cards are doing in Limited. Everything runs in your browser on the grindstone-mcp engine.

  • Deck analyzer

Paste an Arena export: legality in every format, curve and colour sources, a power tier with reasons, sample hands, wildcard cost and upgrades for the same deck, a stronger one or a friendlier one.

  • Limited ratings

17Lands card ratings for The Hobbit and Marvel Super Heroes: games-in-hand win rate, pick order and colour pairs.

  • Card search

Scryfall-style filters over every Arena card: type, colour, mana value, rules text, rarity and format legality.

  • Meta lists

Curated lists with their sources, plus your own saved lists. The analyzer compares your deck with them.

Good to know

  • Whetstone can't see your collection, so wildcard costs assume you own none of the cards.
  • Alchemy (rebalanced "A-") cards are not supported; Scryfall no longer lists them separately.
  • The power tier is a rule of thumb from the deck's structure. With meta lists it is much better at judging card quality.
  • Your decks never leave your browser. Share links carry the list after the #, which browsers don't send to servers.
